Yes, I am having the same problem with Safari. I tried Firefox and I get this message:
Silverlight 64 Bit Download Microsoft Silverlight is an application framework for writing and running rich Internet applications, with features and purposes similar to those of Adobe Flash. Install Silverlight.dmg. I just stumbled across this thread. Since this exchange occurred, Silverlight version 5 has become available. Here's a link to the Silverlight page where it can be downloaded. I needed to download a copy of the Silverlight.dmg file, but quickly found that if you hit the Silverlight site, and already have Silverlight installed you couldn’t get to the download. Fortunately they link you to an uninstall page on their site, so I just deleted the paths specified there.

I tried the trouble shooting at Netflix. Doesn't work.
Netflix says it's a Microsoft issue and take it up with them. I replied no way. I detest Microsoft - that's one reason I have a Mac. Also told them that others are having the issue and that if it wasn't resolved in a day, I am cancelling my account. If enough people say that, Netflix would put pressure on MS to fix it.

Wonder if Amazon streaming uses Silverlight.
